About your new role

The Project Officer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and delivery of staff recognition initiatives. Their duties range from technical data analysis to physical administrative support.

What you will need to exceed

• You need the ability to analyze large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
• You must be able to update and collate documentation and records while ensuring all information is handled according to relevant policies.
• You will need to effectively liaise with various stakeholders across the department and manage their expectations.
• Success requires the ability to adapt to changes in processes, systems, and the operating environment within a climate of constant reform.
• You should be experienced in providing administrative support to a broader team and helping implement project plans to achieve specific outcomes.
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of creating, packing, and delivering physical service certificates.
